Can Pravi Celer actually make everyday eating feel easier?

I’ve been noticing how much effort goes into food these days—planning meals, trying different recipes, and keeping up with what’s considered “healthy.” It can get a bit overwhelming at times.

Recently, I came across the idea of Pravi Celer, and it felt different from the usual approaches. Instead of adding more rules, it seems to focus on doing less—keeping meals simple, using natural ingredients, and not overcomplicating things.

I haven’t followed it in any structured way, but on days when I keep my meals basic, everything feels a bit more manageable. Less time thinking, less effort cooking, and somehow it still feels satisfying.

I’m just wondering if anyone here has actually tried sticking to something like Pravi Celer for a longer period. Does it genuinely make daily eating easier, or is it one of those ideas that works only for a short time?
